Cannes Lions 2024 tem recorde de brasileiros no júri

O Festival de Criatividade de Cannes divulgou a lista dos jurados que irão escolher os vencedores dos Leões nas categorias da premiação em 2024. Segundo a organização, esta edição tem jurados de 54 mercados diferentes, o que representaria a maior diversidade regional desde que foi criado, em 1953. O Brasil terá 36 profissionais ajudando a julgar as peças inscritas na competição, o que representa um recorde para o país. Em 2023, foram 31 representantes no júri.

Dos 36 brasileiros, 24 trabalham no Brasil. Os outros 12 atuam em funções globais ou em agências de outros países. Dentro do grupo há 2 presidentes de júri: Diego Machado, Chief Creative Officer global da AKQA, na categoria Innovation, e Anselmo Ramos, fundador e chairman criativo da GUT, que vai liderar Brand Experience e Activaction.

Para auxiliar na compreensão e no acompanhamento das categorias, os 30 Lions Awards estão divididos em 9 faixas: Classic, Craft, Engagement, Entertainment, Experience, Good, Health, Strategy e Titanium.

Das 30 categorias, apenas 5 não contam com brasileiros no júri. São elas: Audio & Radio (Classic Track), Industry Craft (Craft Track), Luxury & Lifestyle (Experience Track), Sustainable Development Goals (Good Track) e Creative Effectiveness (Strategy Track).
